I now use xml to store my weblog posts. If you’re a geek, have a look at the source. If you aren’t a geek, the main improvement for you is under the search box: you can now choose to hide French or English posts in the weblog too (hiding the English ones comes in handy for automatic translation, as I may already have mentioned).

Pour voir la page bilingue ou bien l’anglais uniquement, utilisez les liens situés dans la colonne de droite de chaque page. Si vous désirez tenter une traduction automatique du texte en anglais, à l’aide du petit bouton “EN” que vous trouverez tout en haut de chaque page à côté du logo, je vous recommande de sélectionner tout d’abord la page en anglais uniquement: cela vous évitera à avoir à subir la retraduction en français des portions déjà françaises de la page.

Even if net presence in India is booming (well, actually, it has-boomed), connections aren’t as reliable as they are back home. I regularly have problems accessing my site and my email.
As always, it seems that my most reliable address is my university one. If you want to make sure I read you, best is to cc your message to my university address too. As for those of you who aren’t interested in reaching me by email, sorry for boring you with all the gory details!

I’ve been very happy with my host up till now (a nice friend who is not making me pay a cent for his services). Unfortunately, the traffic this site is generating (300Mb a month and climbing) is starting to be too much for his server. Does anybody know of good hosting solutions (reliable but adapted to a student’s budget) I could switch to?

Don’t worry if you tried using the feedback form and got an error message. The form works fine – the error message is generated because there is a little problem with the page confirming that your message has reached me. I’ll fix it once I’m back home…
