		<description>&lt;p&gt;I found this first week rather tough to plan for because I rather unexpectedly got lurghi, and so got a lot less done than hoped. I also split my tasks up into &quot;Rocks&quot; (big tasks) and &quot;Pebbles&quot; (unsurprisingly, small tasks). I don&#039;t think I can manage more than one rock per day, and I need to try and get that done in the morning rather than do all my pebbles and then feel overwhelmed by the rock!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;But it was great to have a sense for how my week is going to pan out. I may also start looking at monthly goals, particularly for the long term biz dev stuff which is all too easy to put off. I over-planned this week, and next week is horribly busy so I need to make sure I don&#039;t over-plan that too. But it&#039;s good to have a shape for the week, and to be able to not worry that you&#039;re neglecting something important.&lt;/p&gt;
