&lt;p&gt;A quick note on the lack of permalinks. There is a way to link to the videos directly, but it is yucky. I used Nouvo's embedding code to put my interview on my blog and, after reading your post, thought I'd try accessing the movie player SWF directly. It does work.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So, for example, to reach my interview, you can use &lt;a href="http://www.nouvo.ch/lift/media/2008/mediaplayer.swf?width=640&#38;height=358&#38;overstretch=fit&#38;file=http://www.nouvo.ch/liftvideo/media/2008/aralbalkan.flv&#38;logo=http://www.nouvo.ch/lift/media/2008/logonouvo.png&#38;link=http://www.nouvo.ch/lift&#38;image=http://www.tsr.ch/http://www.nouvo.ch/liftvideo/media/2008/aral.jpg" rel="nofollow"&gt;this URL&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You can create the URL for any video by copying the embed src URL and adding the flashvars parameters to the end of it, with a ? after the .swf extension.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Again, not ideal by any means. Hope Nouvo do provide simple permalinks to them. (Or maybe someone with a little time can do that using something like &lt;a href="http://icanhaz.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;icanhaz.com&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
