		<description>&lt;p&gt;Uhm, yeah, I agree with your points: I'm afraid I'm also bad with faces and a name is usually a quick way to those hidden memories. 
But yes, let's leave the "casts" out of it. The "three tag" system in use during unconferences like barcamps could be successful in that... you can choose the three labels you want to be associated with.&lt;/p&gt;
