&lt;p&gt;Being a &#039;lisboneta&#039; (from Lisbon) myself, just a few notes: the city is actually not that big. Lisbon is actually smaller than Zurich - bigger only if you also consider the suburbs and stuff - the so called &#039;metropolitan area&#039;. The same goes to the population: in Lisbon the population is actually around 550 000.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;About the red and green lamps: they are not usually like that :) There also some blue lamps somewhere and it&#039;s part of this huge light-installation called &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.luzboa.com/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Luzboa&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
