    The back shortcut for Firefox is option + left arrow. To stop your dock icons from jumping just go to System Preferences => Dock => and then uncheck the box that says “animate opening applications”. I don’t think you need this DockDetox thing.

Dock Detox keeps the icons from bouncing up and down when a program wants your attention.
