Sticky Nice Titles (not so nice?)

Thanks to the people who e-mailed or commented about Nice Titles. I am aware that they tend to become “sticky” in Mozilla and IE (when one right- or middle-clics, especially; try reloading). They also tend to position themselves in strange places at times. I’ve e-mailed Stuart, maybe the code can be improved
